Description
This compressed air treatment system includes a safety exhaust shut-off valve, a 5-micron filter with an automatic drain, and a 0.3-micron coalescing filter also equipped with an automatic drain. A visual indicator shows the condition of the silica gel, changing from blue to pink when replacement is required. To compensate for pressure drop after the adsorption dryer, a regulator with gauge is integrated. This complete kit is supplied with connection fittings and a mounting bracket for quick and efficient installation.
The desiccant dryer is ideal for moisture-sensitive applications, providing high performance with a pressure dew point down to -40 °C. Airflow passes through the entire dryer to ensure maximum drying capacity. Compact and non-powered, it is easy to maintain, produces minimal pressure drop, and generates no air loss. It installs easily downstream of a filter or coalescing filter, directly at the point of use, to ensure perfectly dry compressed air.

Warranty
R2: 2 Year Repair
The repair warranty (R) means that the product or parts of the product will be repaired or refurbished. The warranty covers any manufacturing or material defect. The warranty does not cover installation and/or removal costs incurred by the customer nor shipping costs.
Failure to comply with the technical specifications, failure to follow the guidelines in the installation guide and/or the technical sheet, inappropriate or excessive tightening, misuse and/or abuse, failure to comply with the maintenance guidelines, normal wear, contamination and/or corrosion, neglect/accident, unauthorized repair attempt and/or disassembly, alteration of the product, assembly with incompatible products.
If the product contains one or several parts with a 1-month limited warranty (GL), these parts will be excluded from the 2-year warranty (R2).
Use of a recommended TOPDRY Series 53 compressed air filter (purchased and installed simultaneously with the refrigerant air dryer) extends the refrigerant air dryer warranty to 2 years (R2). Contact us to find out about the warranty process and application.
